Calling All First Time Buyers

 

Although we consider our fee rates to be very competitve in the local market, we are still able to offer a discount to First Time Buyers until 30th April 2010.

For instructions received from First Time Buyers by 30th April 2010 we will discount our scale fee by 10%.

If there is more than one buyer, only one of you needs to be a First Time Buyer to qualify.
