Energy Performance Certificates
If you are selling (or renting out) a residential property you are required to provide an Energy Performance Certificate. It is illegal for a prospective buyer not to receive one. It is also illegal for you to market your property without one.
WE WILL BE HAPPY TO ARRANGE FOR THE ENERGY PERFORMANCE CERTIFICATE TO BE PROVIDED FOR YOUR PROPERTY.
The cost is approximately £75 plus vat.
